Join me for a 30-minute Hatha yoga class designed to deepen your understanding of Utkatasana (Chair Pose) through a gentle flow warm-up and detailed explanations of the pose and its variations. In this session, we’ll start with a calming warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a focus on Utkatasana, exploring how to align your body effectively. We’ll also incorporate Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) to enhance your practice and promote balance. A yoga block will be used as a prop to support your practice and help you find stability in your poses.
