By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Services We provide online yoga classes, available via video content through a monthly subscription model and paid yoga courses. Users can subscribe and access content as long as they have an active subscription or have purchased a specific course. - Monthly Subscription: Users can access our full library of yoga classes for a recurring monthly fee. A 7-day free trial is offered, and after the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial period ends. - Yoga Courses: Specific paid yoga courses that may have their own conditions and refund policies, as outlined in each course description. 3. User Responsibilities By using our services, you agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your legal name, email address, and phone number during account registration. - Be at least 18 years of age to access or use our services. - Conduct yourself in a respectful and friendly manner while interacting with our community. Disrespectful or harmful behavior will not be tolerated. 4. Payment & Refund Policy - Monthly Subscription: You are entitled to a 7-day free trial for the monthly subscription, after which the subscription will renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are offered for partial months. - Yoga Courses: Refunds for specific yoga courses may be available if stated in the course description. If a refund policy applies, you will have up to 7 days from the purchase to request a refund, as outlined in the respective course terms. - All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, and you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. 5. Account Management When creating an account, you must provide your full name, email address, and phone number. With your account, you can manage your subscription, track your progress, and sign up for new classes or courses. As a member, you may also benefit from premium discounts, special offers, or additional content exclusive to active subscribers. 6. Content Ownership & Usage All content on this platform, including but not limited to video classes, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of **Satvika Online** and **Ashram Ibiza**. By subscribing or purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only, as long as your subscription or course access is active. You are not permitted to download, share, or redistribute any content from this platform in any form without prior written consent from us. Violating these terms may result in termination of your account without a refund. 7. Limitation of Liability Yoga practice involves physical activity, and every user is responsible for ensuring they practice safely and within their personal limits. Satvika Online and Ashram Ibiza are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after practicing yoga classes or courses offered on our platform. By using our services, you acknowledge that you practice yoga at your own risk and waive any claims against us for injuries or damages. 8. Modification of Terms Satvika Online and Ashram Ibiza reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any such modifications will constitute your consent to the updated terms. 9.
